I went to view a house and was met by Phil who was there before the viewing started. Punctuality was great, some estate agents are only just turning up when you do. Phil was knowledgeable about this property and had terrific rapport with both me and my son. He was very easy to talk to and no question was too much. Brilliant representative.

We have been with Reeds Rains for some time. Regarding the initial set-up and administration we experienced delays in paperwork and replies that were frustrating. The team handling repairs etc were also difficult to work with. On the flip side, most of our dealings have been in regards to lettings and maintenance. Phil has done an excellent job at liaising with the tenants, tradesmen and ourselves. He has been prompt in answering questions, finding solutions and general day to day correspondence. Phil can be relied on in an emergency which has been reassuring and useful. I would give Phil a full five stars for his service.
