Our house viewing this afternoon was with Ian. We were met warmly and invited in. Ian had a great knowledge of the house and surrounding area and was lovely, enthusiastic and eager to show us all the beautiful delights of this lovely home. He allowed us time to walk around on our own to have a chat and re-visit rooms which was a great help as you can often feel under pressure when viewing.
