I was responsible for selling my mother’s bungalow in Clevedon and consulted various estate agents about the sale. I was highly impressed by Craig’s professionalism, knowledge and the way he dealt with my mum clearly explaining the whole process. He was methodical in arriving at a valuation based on his sound knowledge of Clevedon’s property market. I was very pleased with his valuation but slightly sceptical that he could achieve a sale at the price suggested. The marketing of the property was slick and the 3D mapping of the property certainly showed it off at its best along with very well taken photos and all placed on line for everyone to view.
The staff in the Office were extremely friendly and helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process and talked us through the various paperwork required.
I decided to use Reeds Raines recommended solicitor “Simply Conveyancing” for our legal process and they were a joy being extremely competent and ensuring things were proceeding at a decent pace and I never had to chase them for information. I would highly recommend them.
Following the sale I got a lovely call from Craig to check we were fully happy with things which was a nice touch. He didn’t ask for feedback but I feel compelled to give a very positive rating for their whole package. Moving house was a very stressful prospect for my mum but Reeds Raines and Simply Conveyancing made the whole process as painless as possible and I was more than happy with the selling price they achieved.
