She has listened to me with a smile and given me solutions. She has never been annoyed. They all have been very good. Surinder Managing director is very kind and helpful.When i see a problem, I go to their office and they solve it. I want to stay with them for a long time.

Although the overall process was slower than expected due to legal challenges and delays from the solicitor, Mr. Bernard made sure to chase things up regularly and worked hard to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
