I was in the sad position of selling my Aunts house after her death. Matthew Candow at Reeds Rains Portishead office was a great help. He did exactly what he said that he would do, when he said that he would do it! It started with the valuation, I had to get 3. Reeds Rains provided it with no problem. I had to chase the other 2 estate agents. Then we had issues in obtaining probate, again Matt kept in touch with me and basically told me when to put the house on the market. I live in the north of England so commuting was difficult. I constantly asked him to do me favours to save me the 7hour round trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him or his colleagues, each request was granted with no fuss. He offered me advice when I needed it and listened when I got emotional!
