Head and shoulders above the other agents I dealt with! Having sold the house in about 4 days (and getting a brilliant price!) I was astounded at the continued communication, updates and services throughout the process. RR regularly called my buyer to check on progress, actively keeping me updated all the way through. No other agent I have dealt with has done this. It didn't stop things from being slightly 'glitchy' (but that's more down to the English system of buying/selling houses), but did mean I trusted their advice, and that they were all over any situation that arose. Mandy, Rebecca and Sheila (apologies if I've forgotten anyone else) were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I am SO pleased I chose Reeds Rains in Sale to sell my property.

Clare and the rest of the team were really efficient in marketing and selling my property. I don't live in the area and was not able to get into the office or visit the house, but ReedsRains handled everything. They were always helpful and friendly on the phone and ready to answer my questions and even to visit to check on the property. It all went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains.

Very pleased with all the stages of the transaction. Sorry we lost Alex but the transition to Sheila Baker taking over was smooth and very professional. The other staff was also very friendly and efficient when Sheila wasn't available which was reassuring. All the paperwork was sent to us speedily in order to complete the successful letting of the house. Obviously a good company to deal with and no regrets about choosing Reeds Rains. I would further like to add our association with Gareth Chadwick who from the first email of introduction as our project manager to his final communication thanking us for our custom he was personable, approachable and affable -in fact nothing was too much trouble for him. Being novices in renovation/property repairs his patience was admirable. I think it prudent to mention he was fair and impartial to both landlord and contractors which is so refreshing to know. I would like to commend him for his professionalism, knowledge and overall efficiency, the rest of the team from his office too were excellent. It goes without saying we cannot recommend Reeds Rains highly enough as a company who employs such high calibre staff and the obvious high standard training given to all the personnel. Rebecca, Mandy and the team were brilliant. What turned out to be a fairly complex move was made a lot easier knowing we were in capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains Sale, we had a few valuations that were way off the true value of the house, other agents just trying to secure the listing by inflating the price.
