We just moved to Portsmouth recently and rented a beautiful house with assistance of Alice. She is an amazing agent. She did everything she could and she was with us through whole process. She was always there for us everytime we faced a problem. She is so professional and takes her job serious. I just want to thank her again. If you are renting/buying or selling, make sure you visit her first. Fully reccomend.

We have used Reeds Rains for a couple of years to rent out our flat, Jacqui Edwards couldn’t be more helpful, she is efficient and is always on hand if there are any problems (not that we encountered many) I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a rental company.

Recently arranged a rental lease on an apartment in Gunwarf Quays. From our initial enquiry Reeds Rains (Southsea) have been great … very accommodating about scheduling a viewing (we weren’t local so timing could have been a bit tricky) and then through the whole process of referencing and sign up … the lettings team (Andrea, Alice and Keira) were unfailingly cheerful, very efficient and helpful … they made the process very straightforward and helpfully fast tracked the apartment ‘turn around’ to fit with our moving date. Shout out to Andrea who kindly passed on her private mobile number in case we had any issues on the first evening as we didn’t collect the keys until late on a Friday evening. Really great service from Jacqui and the Reeds Rains team to quickly source a contractor to fix a hot water issue on our flat in Southsea. Happy tenant as well so a big shout out to the team.

Jacqui Edwards at Reeds Rains Southsea have managed a property for us for the last 3 years. Reeds Rains and Jacqui are always reachable and proactive in dealing with any issues/potential issues as they arise. They are also very efficient providing monthly information, admin, insurance etc and are good at communication with our fantastic tenant.
