We were allocated Brooke Adlam as our viewing agent - and to say we were impressed with her would be an understatement. Totally professional, always polite, excellent with her communication and always quick to respond to queries in the buying process. But above all that, Miss Adlam gained our trust with her ethos of treating both seller and buyer with equal respect. At no point did she play one against the other. Instead, she ensured that the seller received good, unbiased information that helped the seller agree on her final selling price.
