Great photography, price matched with a better rate, friendly staff. Upon valuation Tim was informative, friendly and realistic on pricing - sold within a month at sale price. Caroline and Callum are very friendly and efficient. The only reason they didn’t get 5-stars is because they recommended an awful solicitor company (I won’t name) to the buyers of our property. The buyers of our property were very frustrated and the simple process of a cash sale with no forward or backward chain took a ridiculous amount of time due to the recommended solicitors which were used. So I would recommend Reeds Raines, but I wouldn’t recommend the solicitor company they recommend.
