My wife and I were very satisfied customers. The valuation given for our house was considerably higher than the ones provided by other local estate agents. Mark Robinson's judgement was amply validated by the fact that the offer we accepted largely reflected this valuation. Our property was marketed well, the photographs were excellent and showed it at its best. Social media was used well and we had a good number of viewings. We achieved and accepted an offer within a couple of weeks. Through no fault of Reeds Rains, completing the sale proved difficult and protracted. However, all the staff at the Garstang Office consistently provided timely information and were very proactive in chasing progress. We felt that our property and ourselves as customers were valued. We have already recommended Reeds Rains to a number of people locally and feel the organisation can be used with confidence. On the basis of our own experience we would, however, recommend people to use their own solicitor rather than the Reeds Rains Legal Service.

Having found a property we wanted to buy Mark was very quick to come out and give us a realistic valuation and got our house on the market very quickly. The process was handled efficiently by Mark and Mairead who handled both our sale and our purchase and even after 4 months when the chain collapsed, Friday 13th! we were back on the market within minutes and a subsequent sale within 2 days. Mairead handled most of the chasing up and kept us informed of progress in a timely manner, which is more than I can say for our solicitors!
