Dean, Ellena and Sophie, have been amazing. I asked Reeds Rains to visit and provide a valuation Dean arrived with a welcoming smile and a cheery disposition, he had done his homework about the house and came prepared. Whilst the other provider didn't, and seemed to expect me to go with them because they valued slightly higher. I decided to go with Dean and Reeds Rains, as he provided honest information in regards what to expect, and provided paperwork for me to view later. Sophie and Ellena keep me upto speed with daily updates of viewings, feedback and offers. The team are responsive to emails and all communications which during a house sale is what you need.
