Gaynor took the time to explain the local market on both buyer and seller side, best strategy to secure viewings after a few frustrations of missing viewings due to high demand and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Would highly recommend calling Gaynor in the office and not going via the website. It was very helpful indeed.
