Being a first time landlord, I was nervous about renting my property out but all my worries were taken away because of the professionalism and support the lettings team gave me. Their main focus was getting the right tenant for my property and I was very happy with their recommendation and the very stringent checks they carried out. The process was very quick and I was updated all the way. I also took their advice and have rent and legal insurance for complete peace of mind should there be any surprises with my tenant down the line. They arranged all the certificates I needed, lodged the tenants deposit and carried out an inventory to ensure a smooth move in.
