Recently arranged a rental lease on an apartment in Gunwarf Quays. From our initial enquiry Reeds Rains (Southsea) have been great … very accommodating about scheduling a viewing (we weren’t local so timing could have been a bit tricky) and then through the whole process of referencing and sign up … the lettings team (Andrea, Alice and Keira) were unfailingly cheerful, very efficient and helpful … they made the process very straightforward and helpfully fast tracked the apartment ‘turn around’ to fit with our moving date. Shout out to Andrea who kindly passed on her private mobile number in case we had any issues on the first evening as we didn’t collect the keys until late on a Friday evening. Thank you Southsea Lettings 👍 Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.
