We have rented with three Estate Agents over the past 13years, and to say that Reeds Rains have done a Great job thus far is understating their efforts. All the Staff are friendly, approachable, kind and respectful. Which is Lovely, especially when it comes to filling forms in online when you're not a confident computer user of a certain age! We have been being looked after by Kayleigh and Jessica, mostly, they have been exceptional. Thank you, So Much, to All at the Pemberton Branch, Kayleigh, Jessica and Lewis, we can't wait to finalise on Friday, and pick the keys up to our new home. Having had trouble with many estate agents I approached this company and was dealt with by Kayleigh. From the start she was great and got me a viewing straight away. Her telephone manner was exceptional and she made its very easy to book a viewing. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I was unable to attend my viewing and when I called Kayleigh to explain she was very understanding. She even told me what she would do going forward. This company stands out from others easily.
