We instructed Reeds Rains to market my sister’s bungalow for sale on behalf of the Executors after she passed away. From the outset and all through the process Andrew and the team have been wonderful and friendly but at the same time have always acted in an extremely professional manner. We live a four hour drive away and it is a worry when you have an empty property on your hands especially through the winter but Andrew was always willing to call into the bungalow when passing to check that everything was OK for us. Once a buyer was secured (for the second time) Karis took over the reins of getting the sale across the line and did a wonderful job for us, always acting in an extremely professional manner. She was always helpful and friendly. We must also give a mention to Sarah and Rhys who were also so helpful. Altogether the whole team did an amazing job for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I found Katie and Jordan from Reeds Rains very professional, very courteous and very efficient, all at a reasonable price. In short I would recommend them to anybody, very impressed.
A huge thanks to Brittany Knight for going above and beyond during our tenancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and definitely one of the best property managers we have had!
