Reeds Rains, has been an unexpected benefit to my husband and I these past couple of years since our landlady decided an outside party was needed to manage our house. We have regular inspectors; whi have been lovely and understanding; come and survey the house picking up on issues that we'd never thought to report, especially if we cannot solve the problems ourselves. In fact we've only reported one issue that has been quickly rectified. Liam at the Reeds Rains of Chesterfield has been especially helpful as circumstances have changed rather radically to our disappointment and has been a well of information and help.

Liz, Andrea & Tammy and the rest of the team went over and above to support us getting our house purchase. Andrea was amazing and her investigative skills helped us sort out the issues that were holding us up. Reeds Rains werent our estate agents but the sellers, and yet they kept us informed, contacted us weekly and were super helpful overall. We even got a lovely moving in card which was more than our estate agents did. Not that we are planning on moving again but if we did we would certainly use Reeds Rains and wold recommend the to anyone. Thanks again for all your help
