Saif Hossein took on our mortgage application with a real passion and extremely encouraging attitude. We’d been consulting with a few brokers at the time but none of them had really understood the unique position that we were in and the particular approach we needed.

From start to end, he’s been a great comfort and source of strength, giving us the confidence and assurance we needed to move forward with our application. He took the time to piece-by-piece go through the application, explaining each step in great detail and calmly answering any questions we had, big or small. It made us feel incredibly supported and very informed about the whole process.

Was excellent at responding to emails of many questions and as a first time buyer I needed someone who was patient and was happy to explain something that may be complete common sense to one person but a mystery to another (myself).
