Community Commitments are the commitments that GHH tenants make to one another to help us to build a thriving and supportive community. It is an important element of the GHH offer, and all tenants are expected to contribute in a meaningful way to the community in which they live.

A community commitment could include participating in group activities, helping other tenants with things like cooking, taking a neighbour’s pet for a walk or offering to do odd jobs around the place. Each tenant’s contribution is valuable! GHH will work with you to identify what your personal commitment might be.

If want you to embrace our vision and be proactive in carrying out Community Commitments on a regular basis then we would love to hear from you. In return, we will provide you with a favourable rate of rent as acknowledgement of your contribution of time to the community.
