We had a wonderful experience in renting a house through Reeds Rains in Kenilworth and with the assistance of Claudia Franco. In fact, it was our first time to rent a house in the UK after moving into the country and we were a bit worried about whether we could find a good agent, good landlord and a suitable property to stay in in the first place. However, we did have a very good experience in renting a property via Reeds Rains. Claudia was quite helpful in solving the issues we had in a swift and effective manner (always replied in the same day or in the following day, the latest) through acting as a bridge between my family and the landlord while she is also very friendly and always willing to help when we approached her. The house we rented is in a very nice and well-keeping condition and is located in a very convenient location that is closed to the high street and school. The landlord is also considerably friendly and understandable. She is very willing to offer help in solving any issues we have, nevertheless, those are just normal and small matters, nothing great deal! We moved out because we got our own house for settling in Kenilworth totally. There is no doubt that it was a wonderful experience in renting a house through Claudia, Reeds Rains and the landlord!
