How to start? Since 2022, we rented our place via an online agency and from April 2024 to December 2024, we had illegal occupiers in our flat, to which the online agency did nothing to support and help us. Once they left, we were in a rush to repair the flat and put it back on the market. And that is when Nicola came in and was absolutely amazing. She came over during the flat refurbishement work to prepare the ground for putting our flat back on the market. Then, as we are foreign landlords, she dealt with our home and appliance insurers in order to book in repair engineers. She was always available for us via whatsapp and was really quick in getting all the paperwork done. I can't even quantify how much mental load she unloaded from me. And it felt so good to have someone who actually knows how to do her job and not having to constantly chase, or do the work for them. She was so supportive. I thank you a million time again Nicola.
