We’re delighted that Reeds Rains has been announced as the Best Large Lettings Agency, following the biggest independent evaluation of estate and letting agencies across the UK.
It means Reeds Rains now appears in the new Best Estate Agent Guide 2022. The Guide features the top 10% of agencies in the country, which can be found on the Best Estate Agent Guide website - a site that helps those looking to buy, sell, let or rent property to choose a local agent to support them.
Our success follows the analysis of property listings on property portal, Rightmove, (who support the awards), over a six-month period to establish which agencies outperform local competition; based on a wide range of factors including property marketing and results. There was then an assessment of agencies’ websites by a professional marketing agency which examined 36 individual areas relating to marketing and customer service. A mystery shop was also carried out by a team of professional mystery shoppers and, together, these assessments determined which agencies are now listed on the Best Estate Agent Guide website and the rating they received. Reeds Rains gained an Exceptional rating for Lettings.
The website is compiled by Property Academy (an organisation that works with agents to improve service standards in the property industry), with the support of Rightmove, the UK’s leading property portal.
