Thinking of letting?

Hi, I’m Ian Jordan, the Lettings Manager at our Salford Quays office. Read more...
I have been with the company since the office opened back in 2010 and am considered a ‘part of the furniture’ by my colleagues! I have enjoyed seeing both our lettings business and The Quays grow into a busy and hustling place to live and work over the past decade. Being a very keen sports enthusiast I love the open spaces the area has to offer, although being a lifelong Aston Villa fan the proximity to Old Trafford isn’t ideal!

Why move to Salford Quays?

Originally built by the Manchester Ship Canal Company, Salford Quays was originally part of the Manchester Docks and was opened by Queen Victoria herself in 1894. After their closure as a working dock in 1982, Salford Quays was redeveloped and rebranded. Dams have isolated the areas and improved the quality of the water.
