I have used Reeds Rains to rent collect for my property for the last few years. They are always very helpful, quick to get back to you and try their best to help resolve issues. I would particular like to mention Matthew Corfield and Jamie Kennerdale for helping me recently in particular. They kept me updated and were very thorough when trying to find a solution for me in a timely manner. This took some of the stress out of the situation for me as they were able to explore options and explain these to me.

I didn't use Reeds Rains to sell my home, however Reeds Rains were the estate agent for the property I was buying. I was very impressed with their pro active way of working. They would call all parties involved to speed things up and sort out any issues promptly. They were much better than my own estate agents that just sent emails if I asked them to do anything. If I sell again, I would go with Reeds Rains. The manager Jamie Kennerdale from the Halifax branch was amazing.
