Reeds Rains in Formby have successfully teamed up with the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and sourced a variety of furniture items from their customers which can be sold to raise money in support of the work BHF do. Among the items included beds, cupboards, tables and chairs which came from landlords, buyers and sellers.
The British Heart Foundation reports that In the UK, around 480 people will go to hospital with a heart attack and about seven in ten will survive to return home.
Sue Leonard Senior Negotiator adds: “We have been delighted to get such great support from people in Formby".
To say thank you, the British Heart Foundation provided free CPR training for the branch staff.
