I used Reeds Rains for several years as the letting agents on a Wakefield Property until it recently sold. Samantha, Claire and the team have provided excellent support and the all important great tenants when contracts renewed. I would use them again.

We used Reeds Rains to sell a relatives house. The service, from start to finish, was excellent. The advert and photos looked great and we had loads of viewings booked in as soon as it went up for sale. James and his teams did the viewings for us and the house sold quickly for the price we were hoping for. Sue was fantastic at chasing things up and keeping us updated throughout. Overall a great experience.
